BRNoutID among top five innovations at the European Space Agency Competition 2020

The BRNoutID solution was named one of the top five best innovations in Germany by the European Space Agency. The agency holds annual competition events to encourage European collaboration and innovation on projects including its satellite program Galileo. The Galileo Masters competition specifically sought for innovations which enhance the Galileo system to open up new opportunities. The winners of the competition receive a prize in the form of a development grant of 750,000 EUR. The Galileo Masters Competition being held in Bavaria has great significance for Slovenia. Germany is one of Slovenia’s largest export partners, especially in the automotive industry for which Slovenia exports 12.5% of its GDP. Bavaria is the center of the European automotive and high-tech Industries, and many successful Slovenian firms have existing partnerships in the area.
